材料带鱼,盐,白酒,花椒,干红辣椒,姜蒜,酱油,醋,淀粉,白糖。

做法
1.带鱼处理好洗净后切寸段。加盐,姜丝,花椒,白酒腌制入味。

4.锅内底油再次烧热,下入姜蒜片,花椒和干红辣椒段炒香。

5.倒入煎好的鱼块,加开水,水量以没过鱼块表面为好。加酱油,白糖,醋,煮6分钟左右,而后收汁即可。
